RAF 50 can be used for generic welding & for welding of boilers, pressure vessels, pipelines & ship-building. The welding
process could be Single Wire, Twin Wire, Tandem & Multi Wire submerged arc welding as well as two-run technique.
The flux is suitable for welding of General Structure Steels (Mild Steels, 490 MPa & 590 MPa High Strength Steels);
Plate Steels (A32, A36, D32); Pipe Steels (X42, X46, X52, X65) & Boiler Steels (17Mn4, 19Mn5, 15Mo3).
