Covering a low hydrogen type electrode reduces the amount of hydrogen that enters the weld metal, reducing the risk of brittle failures and hydrogen-induced cracking. It also has certain minerals that decrease the oxygen level, prevent dangerous oxide inclusions, and ensure a more robust, cleaner weld, resulting in higher quality, safer and more dependable welds.
Royal Arc has been at the forefront of its advanced welding technology for over three decades. Since 1996, we have been committed and dedicated to providing high-quality welding consumables. We have always aimed to craft and develop a welding electrode that could excel in any extreme situation and make us the best in our field. So, with our extensive knowledge and experience, we are set on making welding electrodes that consistently perform under all circumstances. Our dedication led us to innovate the first wire-feed arc welding electrode, now a global standard. We are committed to continually improving and moving on with the R&D of new processes and materials to enhance the quality of products.
